Permits

Permits, Zoning Boards of Appeal, Construction Permits

What we’ll do for you

Over the past several years, local municipalities and state government agencies have exercised more and more control over the already complex landscape construction process. This control comes in any number of permits (i.e. permission requests, formal ZBA applications, construction permits, etc.) that may be required to fulfill the successful build-out of a particular project. This authority can come in any number of ways, permission requests, formal ZBA applications, construction permits, etc. Some or all of these approvals may be required to fulfill the successful build-out of a particular project.

Depending on the municipality, and if not fully understanding what they might be asking for, this process can be anything but linear.  In fact, the application process is made more cumbersome by the fact that not all municipalities have the same requirements for what and how to submit for such permissions…navigating these waters can be difficult and time-consuming for homeowners and contractors alike. Please contact us at designs@wilson-design.net, or through the website on our contact page.
